SpeedyDelivery is a mailing list manager written in Pike. It is designed to be easy to set up and maintain, with a small runtime footprint.

Right now, SpeedyDelivery is in its initial development stages and features the following functionality:

• web and email based subscription and unsubscription
• confirmations for all subscription related activities
• mail archiving and indexing (backend components)
• digest support

The following features are in progress or are to be started:

• doing something useful with bounce messages (rather than just ignoring them)
• archive browsing
• web based list creation and management
• web based user settings management (in progress)
• moderated list support

SpeedyDelivery may be downloaded from my HG repository: http://hg.welliver.org/speedydelivery .

Requirements

• Pike 7.6 or higher
• Xapian and the Public.Xapian Pike module for full text support
• a recent copy of Fins
